Welcome to the Windy Privacy Policy. We'll keep this brief because there's not much to say. Windy does not collect or store any personally identifiable information at any time, remotely or otherwise. All app-related data generated by the user is stored on the respective access device, whether that be an an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.  Windy does not collect any personal or payment information when you make in-app purchases through the app, and all in-app purchases are managed by the user's Apple ID and Apple.  Thanks and enjoy.

By using Windy, you agree to the following, without exception.

Kindred, Inc. owns and retains all proprietary rights and control in and of Windy and any of its related assets, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, patents, designs, logos, imagery, all forms of data, audio files, messaging, image files, video files, text Content, slogans, trade names, trade secrets, any and all Content created by the Company, without limitation or obligation unless otherwise stated.
 
You agree not to modify, change, transmit, recreate, copy, clone, reproduce, manufacture, engineer, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, sublicense, decipher, disassemble, or create any derivative works of any portion of this Service, its features, or any of the Company’s associated intellectual property for any reason including, but not limited to, competing directly or indirectly with Kindred, Inc.
 
You agree not to modify any portion of Windy, as is, in any way, shape or form, including creating, uploading, modifying, or deleting any Company-created Content, structures, infrastructure, code, scripts, physical assets, or digital assets of the Service.
